You must be at least 16 years old and a legal resident of Nigeria or any jurisdiction where participation is permitted. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Only one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of points.
All quizzes are based on Nollywood movies (classic to latest). Points are awarded based on speed and accuracy. Leaderboard rankings determine winners of daily, weekly, monthly, and overall seasons. NollyPro reserves the right to adjust points in case of technical errors. Cheating, use of bots, sharing answers, or any unfair advantage leads to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
Winners will be announced on our Hall of Fame and contacted via email/phone within 7 days. Prizes include cash rewards, NollyPro merchandise, and exclusive movie premiere tickets. Taxes, delivery fees, or any applicable charges are winner's responsibility. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days become property of NollyPro and may be redistributed.
All content — quiz questions, logos, design assets, graphics, and the "NollyPro" brand — is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Movie stills, clips, and references used are for educational/quiz purposes under fair use guidelines.
You agree to be respectful to other contestants and staff. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or any disruptive behavior leads to immediate account suspension or permanent ban. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime via settings.
NollyPro is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or technical interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed ₦50,000 or equivalent. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or site banner. Your continued use of NollyPro constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
